Homesafe Debt Free Equity Release was designed by Mr Peter Szabo, an Actuary with over 30 years experience, who is the Managing Director of Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd.
Many years ago, Mr Szabo identified the need for a safe, secure and certain way for Senior Australians to unlock the equity in their homes, without downsizing or going into debt.
Like all of the best ideas, Homesafe Debt Free Equity Release required a lot of careful thought, design and testing. In 2005, Peter Szabo teamed up with what is now Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd to launch Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd. Since then, Homesafe Debt Free Equity Release has successfully helped thousands of Senior Homeowners to live a more dignified retirement.
